Peter Milner

Radioman onboard 1967-1968

My biography is a short one.

After a brief career with Uncle Sam, I returned to the Postal Service where I stayed until 1999.

I was the Postmaster in Manchester By The Sea, Massachusetts, and retired as the Postmaster of Amherst, New Hampshire.
Since I retired, I have worked for the NH State Liquor Commission, airport security at the Manchester Airport
Manchester, NH.

I presently work for the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Department as a court officer at the
Hillsborough County Superior Court in Nashua, New Hampshire.

I am married to my high school sweetheart and we have three great kids.
Jennifer, 35, John, 32, and Sarah, 20. Jennifer and John
have graduated college, and Sarah is finishing her sophomore year at the
University of NH studying to become a nurse.

My wife Cheryl is a second grade teacher and is finishing her 33rd year.
My wife and I are active at the Church of the Good Shepherd (Episcopal) in Nashua, New Hampshire, as ushers,
and I am presently the Clerk of the Vestry there.

I am a Past Master of Manchester Lodge A F & A M (Masonic) and am presently serving as the Lodge's chaplain.

In my leisure time, I enjoy golf and watching sports on TV. (Too bad youth is wasted on the young.)

The greatest adventure in my life, so far, was serving on Sea Owl.
